We currently ship everywhere in the world. We provide you free and insured delivery.

WHAT COURIER FOR THE DELIVERY

The courier service depends on our fulfilment center. This is because we have different warehouses to stock our products. Courier services vary from country to country .

For each courier, we provide you free and insured delivery. We would like to ensure that you receive correctly your package.

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

Our orders are shipped from our different warehouses in United States, UK, Germany and China.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes every order will be shipped with a tracking number.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Transit Times to:

United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 12 – 20 business days  (average time 12 business days)

Italy, Portugal, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands & All other European Countries: 20 – 40 business days (average time 20 business days)

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TARIFFS OR CUSTOM TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?

We cannot be held responsible for custom charges in your country.  You can check the price guide at your local customs department if you think you may probably have to pay an additional fee.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

If you are not home during the delivery, the postman will leave you a collection slip and you may collect your order at your nearest post office.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

We understand that even after verification of sizes and address there may be a problem following an error. As we are processing the package on the day of the order, if you would like to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the changes.
